Teresa Resch

Teresa Resch joined Kilmer in 2024 and currently serves as Executive Vice President for Kilmer Sports Ventures (KSV).

Prior to joining KSV, Teresa has been a leader in basketball development at the global scale for nearly 20 years.  Since 2013 she was a senior leader at the Toronto Raptors, bringing basketball to the forefront of Canadian sport. She played an instrumental role in design and construction of Raptor’s OVO Athletic Centre, launching the Raptors 905 - Toronto’s NBA G-League affiliate and transitioning the Raptors to Tampa for 2020-21 season.

Prior to joining the Raptors, Resch served as Ultimate Hoops National Basketball Operations Manager for LifeTime Fitness where she was responsible for programming at 104 locations in the US and Canada.

Teresa began her career at the NBA League Office, as a member of the International Basketball Operations department. She planned Basketball Without Borders Camps in four different continents, established the first camp to feature women campers and expanded the NBA’s relationship with the US Department of State’s Sports United program.

Since 2022, Resch has been an advisor to Canadian Women & Sport’s Commercial Women Sports Initiative which supports the growth and development of professional sport opportunities for women in Canada through research and through leadership. She has served on the Board of Directors for Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities since 2023 and in the same year was elected as a Class B member of the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Teresa interned at Disney’s Wide World of Sports Complex while earning her MBA in Sports Administration from St. Thomas University (FL). She holds a BA in Business Communications from Augustana University (SD) where she was an all-conference volleyball player and currently serves on the Advisory Board for the International Programs Office.
