Rachel Rodrigues

Rachel Rodrigues is Kilmer Group’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for providing strategic leadership and oversight of all company financial operations.

Rodrigues plays a key role in the development and execution of Kilmer Group’s financial strategies, plans and policies to support the organization’s vision, objectives, and growth initiatives. She leads and manages Kilmer’s finance, accounting, and treasury functions, ensuring the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Prior to joining Kilmer, Rodrigues spent 15 years at Ernst & Young LLP, most recently as a Partner in Private Client Services. In this role, she advised entrepreneurs, families, and private equity owned businesses across Canada and the United States on growth strategies, succession planning, acquisition opportunities and complex transactions. As well, as an assurance partner, Rodrigues specialized in private company financial reporting and governance for organizations and multi-generation family-owned businesses across various sectors including manufacturing, construction, real estate, health care, and retail.

Rodrigues is actively involved in her community, serving as Vice-Chair and board member of SPRINT Senior Care.

She is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a degree from the University of Toronto.
