Olenka Karetnik

Olenka Karetnik has worked in real estate development since 2016, contributing to large-scale residential high-rise projects from concept design through to construction completion. As a Project Manager at Kilmer Infrastructure, she works closely with consultants and partners to guide projects through construction, making sure the details are cared for and design ideas take shape as functional, well-built spaces.

Before joining Kilmer, Olenka worked with Melrose Investments, where she focused on translating design concepts into well-crafted condominiums, striking the right balance between aesthetics and practical solutions for end-users.

Olenka holds a degree in Urban Planning from Ryerson University and is passionate about supporting the growth of vibrant communities through thoughtful, well-executed development.
