Mark Hamidi

Mark Hamidi is Vice President of Construction at Kilmer Infrastructure Developments Inc., where he works closely with internal teams and external partners to support the successful delivery of complex urban projects. In his role, he ensures constructability, best practices, and Kilmer Group’s high standards of quality are upheld across the full project lifecycle and all asset classes.

Prior to joining Kilmer in 2025, Mr. Hamidi had over 15 years of experience in real estate development and construction management. He held senior roles at SmartCentres REIT and Davpart Inc., where he led large-scale initiatives in mixed-use residential communities, heritage restorations, and commercial developments throughout Ontario. His portfolio also includes light industrial, office, and retail projects, including multi-phase shopping centres and big-box stores.

Mr. Hamidi holds an Executive MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Architectural Science from Toronto Metropolitan University, an Executive Education Certificate in Entrepreneurship from the University of San Francisco, and a Global Executive Leadership Certificate from the Dom Cabral Foundation in São Paulo, Brazil.
