John Gort is Vice President, Finance for Kilmer Infrastructure Developments Inc., responsible for managing the financial aspects of Kilmer’s real estate and infrastructure development projects, including financial analysis, reporting, debt sourcing, and lender relationship management.
John is a seasoned financial executive with over three decades of experience in Canada, USA, and UK. He has held multiple C-suite roles at Private Equity/VC, Asset Management, Real Estate, and Infrastructure firms.
John is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder. He received a Bachelor of Arts (Accountancy Studies) from the University of Waterloo, where he continues to volunteer.
