Hayden Silver

Hayden Silver is an Analyst, Real Estate Finance at Kilmer Infrastructure Developments Inc., where he supports investment evaluation, strategic business growth initiatives, and portfolio performance across the company’s real estate assets. His responsibilities include developing and maintaining long-term cash flow models, analyzing new investment opportunities across multiple asset classes, and assessing capital structure strategies including loan refinancing and capital optimization. He also manages operating budgets and asset management initiatives for the rental portfolio.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Silver worked at ST&T Capital Management Ltd. as an Analyst, where he focused on income-producing commercial real estate investments across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Kilmer, he was an Analyst at Empire Communities, supporting real estate development and land acquisition initiatives across Southern Ontario.

Hayden Silver holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from Ryerson University.
