De’ Lesia Carvalho-Mitchell

De’ Lesia Carvalho-Mitchell joined Kilmer Van Nostrand Co. Limited in 2007 and brings more than 25 years of combined experience in finance and commercial real estate.

With over 19 years in the finance industry and six years in commercial real estate, De’ Lesia offers extensive expertise in tenant and office administration, information technology, property tax administration, investment administration, and financial planning. Her broad and diverse background enables her to effectively support both the operational and strategic objectives of the firm.

As Office Manager, De’ Lesia oversees office facilities and leads the administrative team, ensuring the efficient and seamless operation of the company’s office environment. She plays an integral role in supporting daily business functions while fostering a highly organized, service-driven workplace.

Prior to joining Kilmer Van Nostrand, De’ Lesia served as Office Manager at Kerr Financial. She also held positions in property administration and real estate analysis with Oxford Properties, Torode Realty, and CN Real Estate.

De’ Lesia holds a Certificate Diploma in Practical Management Fundamentals from George Brown College and a Certificate Diploma in Visual Arts from Centennial College.
