Rob Deutschmann is an executive leader and advisor with 30 years of investment and development experience gained in various asset classes including real estate, infrastructure and private equity with international responsibility. In his role at Kilmer Van Nostrand, he is involved with active projects, pursuits, and community efforts.
Mr. Deutschmann’s past positions have included Interim CEO, Chief Risk Officer, Managing Director and Vice President at leading organizations including MaRS, OMERS Strategic Investments, Borealis Infrastructure, Oxford Properties, TD Canada Trust, Bramalea and Suncor. Rob’s skills include large project and investment pursuit, real estate and infrastructure development, financing and investment management.
Previous projects have included the multi-billion dollar refurbishment of Bruce Power’s nuclear facilities, the recapitalization of MaRS real estate, and various P3’s including the Royal Ottawa Hospital, the William Osler Hospital and the Coca Cola Coliseum.
Mr. Deutschmann has an MBA and is a Professional Engineer and a Chartered Director.
