Kenneth Tanenbaum, Executive Vice President

KENNETH TANENBAUM joined KVN's wholly owned subsidiary, The Warren Paving and Materials Group Limited (Warren), in 1991
and is currently Executive Vice President of KVN, responsible for infrastructure and real estate investments. Mr. Tanenbaum
brings 15 years of senior construction industry leadership, corporate finance and project management experience to the
Group.

Following his lead role in the merger of Warren with Lafarge North America (Lafarge) in 2000, Mr. Tanenbaum co-managed the
integration of the two Canadian businesses resulting in a combined $1.6B enterprise. He then assumed the role of Vice
President of Business Development for Lafarge and was responsible for a portfolio of five non-core businesses (pipe, pressure
pipe, block, pavers and packaged materials) and for strategy and planning for Lafarge Eastern Canada. Following this, he
served two and a half years as President of Innocon Inc. (50% Lafarge owned) where he lead a turnaround in labour relations
and customer service for a $100M ready mixed concrete business.

Mr. Tanenbaum is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania and received his Bachelor of
Science in Economics in 1991. He has a long history of volunteer leadership, is an active member of YPO, and was recognized as
one of Canada's Top 40 Under 40 in 2001. |
