Monisha Nandi

Environmental Director

Monisha Nandi is the Environmental Director for Kilmer Brownfield Management Limited.

Ms. Nandi is responsible for providing strategic direction on environmental assessment, remediation and risk management activities for Kilmer Brownfield’s portfolio of real estate developments and potential acquisitions. Ms. Nandi is also responsible for implementing environmental projects, and obtaining environmental approvals for the Funds’ developments. Prior to joining Kilmer Brownfield, Ms. Nandi worked for more than a decade in the brownfield industry. Ms. Nandi spent 8 years at Imperial Oil managing environmental risk and implementing complex remediation projects on a portfolio of more than 300 surplus and operating properties in Ontario. In other advisory roles, Ms. Nandi evaluated environmental due diligence considerations for mergers and acquisitions in commercial real estate and manufacturing industries.

Ms. Nandi holds a Masters Degree in Applied Sciences in Chemical and Environmental Engineering from the University of Toronto, a Project Management Professional designation, and is a co-chair of the Canadian Brownfield Network Technical Advisory Committee.
